Sunday School

At Disciples Christian Church, we believe learning is a life-long pursuit. All Christians need to grow in the faith throughout their lives. We provide classes for different age groups. Classes for children introduce them to the Bible. Classes for youth and young adults seek to guide their life journey using lessons taught by the Bible. Our Adult Education classes explore many topics of interest, including: Bible study, life skills, world religions, and spiritual formation.

Sunday School classes meet at 9:30 AM each Sunday downstairs in the Worship Center classrooms.

The Gospel Gang has been existing as a class for over 25 years. Currently we are examining the biblical text to be used for the day's sermon, and trying to imagine what the theme of the sermon might be. If you appreciate an open discussion of biblical material, there's always an extra chair or two for you.

The Seekers' Class, led by Pat Brown, utilizes the Life Way Series, "Explore the Bible" as our study guide. On March 6th, 2011, we began a new series, a study of the Apostle Paul's Prison Epistles, Philippians, Colossians, and Philemon.
